INGREDIENTS
- One 12.5 oz. can of Snow's® or Sweet Sue® Chicken Breast
- 1/3 Red Bell Pepper (sliced)
- 1/3 Green Bell Pepper (sliced)
- 1 4 oz. Jar of Sliced Mushrooms (drain)
- 1 Bunch Green Onion (cross cut)
- ½ Onion (1/2 cup)
- 1 Tbs. Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbs. Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbs. Corn Starch
- ¼ tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 tsp. Cooking Oil
- 2 Cups of Hot White Rice

CHICKEN STIR FRY
Instructions:
In a hot frying pan,
pour oil and add onions,
bell peppers, mushrooms, and
drained chicken. Fry for 5 minutes. Combine
brown sugar, soy sauce, and corn starch and
add to fry mixture. Stir until all ingredients are
coated with the soy sauce mixture.
Serve over hot rice.
