SWEET AND SOUR BEEF1 (24 oz) can Castleberry's Beef Stew Steam onion and pepper in 1/4 c. water in a covered saucepan until tender.
Add 1 can Beef Stew, brown sugar, vinegar and soy sauce. Simmer 10 minutes.
Serve over rice with chow mein or rice noodles sprinkled on top. Makes
2 1/2 cups. |
