SOUTHERN BEEF-VEGETABLE SOUP

1 (24 oz) can Castleberry's Beef Stew
1 (14 1/2 oz) can okra and tomatoes
1 (8 1/2 oz) can whole kernel corn
1 (8 1/2 oz) can lima beans
1 (8 oz) can green beans
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. onion powder

Combine ingredients in a 2 qt. saucepan. Heat 30-40 minutes, stirring frequently, until heated to serving temperature. Makes 9 - 1 cup servings.

SOUTHERN BEEF-VEGETABLE SOUP (QUANTITY RECIPE)

1 (#10) can tomatoes
1 1/2 quarts water
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 (6 lb. 8 oz. ) can Castleberrys Beef Stew
3 (17 oz.) cans whole kernel corn
3 (16 oz.) cans lima beans
3 (16 oz.) cans green beans
3 (18 oz.) bags frozen okra

Mash canned tomatoes. Add 1 qt. water and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Add frozen okra and cook until tender. Add Castleberry's Beef Stew and other vegetables and heat to serving temperature. Makes 50 - 1 cup servings.
