MEXICALI SUPPER
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 (15 oz) cans Castleberry's Chili with Beans
1 (12 oz) can (1 1/2 c.) whole kernel corn, drained
1 (4 1/2 oz) can (3/4 c.) chopped ripe olives
4 oz. (1 c.) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
In a large skillet, cook onion and pepper in margarine until tender.
Stir in chili, corn, and olives; bring to boiling. Add cheese; stir to
melt. Pour into 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15
- 20 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
