DUMPLING BEEF

1 (24 oz) can Castleberry's Beef Stew
1 cup packaged biscuit mix
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup (1 oz) shredded cheddar cheese

Warm beef stew in a 350 F oven. When stew is bubbly, approximately 30 minutes, drop biscuit mixture from a tablespoon directly onto stew to make 4 dumplings. Cook at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
