CORNED BEEF HASH PIE

Makes 6 wedge servings

1 (15 oz.) can Castleberry's Corned Beef Hash
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 deep dish frozen pie crust

Arrange crumbled corned beef hash, onion, green pepper and swiss cheese evenly in frozen pie crust. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute with hand mixer. Cook in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
