ZESTY BEEF STROGANOFF

Makes 4 servings

1 (24 oz.) can Castleberry's Beef Stew
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 (2.5 oz.) can or jar mushrooms, drained
1/4 - 8 oz. dairy sour cream (1/4 cup)

Combine stew, spices and mushrooms in a saucepan. Warm to serving temperature. Add sour cream just before serving. Serve on noodles or rice.
