BEEF 'N MACARONI CASSEROLE

1/2 onion, chopped
1/8 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 can (24 oz.) Castleberry's Beef Stew
1/4 lb. cheese, shredded
1/4 lb. macaroni, cooked

Additional shredded cheese for topping.

Sauté onions and mushrooms. Heat beef stew until hot. Add onions, mushrooms and cheese. Stir over heat until cheese is melted. Place macaroni in a casserole dish. Cover with beef stew mixture. Top with additional cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Cut into squares.
