1922 Clement Lamar Castleberry (Mr. Clem) begins serving
his barbecue at public gatherings.
1926 Clement Stewart Castleberry decides to can his father's
famous barbecue hash and Brunswick Stew. Castleberry
Products Company opens in a shed on Fifteenth Street in Augusta, GA.
1941 Castleberry's supports American troops in World War II by converting the entire product line to military rations. The United States Army bestows two "A" awards on the company.
1995 Castleberry's purchases Bunker Hill Foods. Bunker Hill, Morton House, Prudence, Hilton's, Harris, Paramount and James River become part of the Castleberry's family
2005 Acquired Headquarters changed to San Diego, California.
