- Each DC will arrange for pick-up by calling our recall coordinator
for this project, Carolina Supply Chain Services (CSCS) via phone at
(800)821-5293; email at
sarah.joyner@inmar.com; or fax at (336)499-8603. CSCS will arrange
for immediate collection, by assigning you a Return Authorization
Number, and arranging for pickup by one of the following carriers: Old
Dominion, CH Robinson or UPS, depending upon the size of the shipment.
- One of the carriers noted above will contact you for a pickup
appointment, using this Return Authorization Number. They will also fax
you a Bill of Lading, with required information needed for prompt
pickup.
- The quantity being returned (# of cases and/or cans) is to be
entered onto the Bill of Lading; a signature from the person responsible
for shipping will be required. The
Customer DC location, address and the words “Castleberry Recall” should
be identified on the carrier’s Bill of Lading
- Prior to shipping, each DC must wrap the cartons/trays with pallet
shrink wrap or packing tape to prevent any chance of cans becoming loose
